Ahhh, the holidays were great. We ate so much food that we can barely lift our fat asses off the couch to open up our brand new iPhones. Lucky for us that Gyminee’s new iPhone interface is so darn good it may actually motivate us to the gym so we can get to work on that New Year’s resolution and shed some poundage.

The Gyminee app has all the usual diet and fitness features you’d find in many other similar apps. However, what makes Gyminee so appealing is that it’s available right on your iPhone which means you can input your data while you’re out to eat or at the gym. You can even view workout videos if you’ve forgotten a particular exercise.

Your entire medical history safely on the iPhone

Giving doctors access to your medical history can be a life saver. Now your medical history goes anywhere your iPhone goes, safely and securely, with MedeFile. This subscription based service gives you access to your health records. A premium subscription comes with a USB thumb drive containing your health records, but you can also access them with a web browser including iPhone’s Safari browser.
