iPhone tip for this month’s travelers
If you and your iPhone end up in one of 13 U.S. airports this month you can bask in your wi-fi glory with free internet access from Boingo Wireless. To use this service simply connect to the network using the airport’s “concourse SSID”, fire up Safari and enter your email address and off you go. Here is a list of all participating airports.
- AZO – Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport
- BNA – Nashville International Airport,
- BWI – Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport,
- DTW – Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport,
- EWR – Newark Liberty International Airport,
- JFK – John F. Kennedy International Airport,
- LGA – LaGuardia Airport,
- MDW – Midway International Airport,
- MSP – Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport,
- OKC – Will Rogers World Airport,
- ORD – O’Hare International Airport,
- STL – Lambert-St. Louis International Airport, and
- YYZ – Toronto Pearson International Airport.

Some (not many) airports actually have FREE wifi believe it or not. ABQ - Albuquerque International Airport is one of them. Unfortunately ABQ is not a major hub and hence it tends to only be a place for departure or arrival, limiting the opportunity to take advantage of the fully covering free network…
