Feeling fat from the holidays? Lighten up with Gyminee on the iPhone

Gyminee for iPhone

Ahhh, the holidays were great. We ate so much food that we can barely lift our fat asses off the couch to open up our brand new iPhones. Lucky for us that Gyminee’s new iPhone interface is so darn good it may actually motivate us to the gym so we can get to work on that New Year’s resolution and shed some poundage.

The Gyminee app has all the usual diet and fitness features you’d find in many other similar apps. However, what makes Gyminee so appealing is that it’s available right on your iPhone which means you can input your data while you’re out to eat or at the gym. You can even view workout videos if you’ve forgotten a particular exercise.

Here’s quick rundown of Gyminee’s features:

  • Track what you eat
  • View exercises and track weights lifted
  • Share workouts and diets with other Gyminee users
  • Advanced meal planner
  • Workouts designed by professionals
  • Body weight and calorie reports
  • Calendar integration

To start using Gyminee point your iPhone or iPod touch to the link below. You will need to register first which you can do on your mobile device, although it’s much easier from a desktop because you’ll have less tapping. But then again, maybe your fat fingers could use the workout.

Get healthy with Gyminee, now for iPhone and iPod touch.
