Beer Pong Challenge – Collegiate Drinking Antics for the iPhone

Walk the streets near any college campus and you will see that the true academic decathlon is happening on top of tables is uncleaned garage. Over the years ripe undergraduates used their brain power to synthesize their love for midnight competition, strategic misfiring, and burgeoning alcoholism.
Through this type of calculation beer pong entered the consciousness, and became the crown jewel of underage drinking games. This test of endurance is an institution meant to unite players in excess and immature taunting, both things that come in handy on the job market. Now the iPhone has caught on to the novelty by bringing it to your phone with the free Beer Pong Challenge, sans the Pabst Blue Ribbon.
The game saves itself from the temptation to use the iPhone like a Wii remote and instead uses a moving targeting system. You are transformed into a stark basement centered around a full ping pong table with a few quarter filled party cups of beer in a unique rack in front of you. At red circle goes from back to forward at a relatively rapid rate, while you position the phone so that it maintains the lateral position on the board that you want. AT a moment’s notice the target is going to be perfect and you are going to press the shoot button, which when held allows the camera to follow the cup all the way to its resting location.

The exact rules of the game may be foreign to some, but those who have lived through this type of self abuse will be able to recite them with some form of accuracy. You are given ten or six cups, each with just a small amount of beer in them. There are two people on each team, and they attempt to throw ping pong balls into the opponent’s cups. Once this happens the cup is pulled from the game and one of the opposing members must drink the beer. Anything else in the game is purely a matter of house rules, but mainly they involve theatrical distractions and show stopping specialty moves.
These are the main points about beer pong that make the game such a tradition, all of which are absent from the iPhone port. There is a way to play this two player, but it goes back and forth between players so quickly that it would be hard to manage passing a phone back and forth while trying to juggle cheap beer. Somehow this does not take away from the basic charm of the game which is reliving great memories that you will be paying for in the years to come.
The mechanisms of the game are fairly accurate and provide a perfect distraction. Since the game remains free there really is no reason to avoid it, especially since watching virtual balls fall into cups is almost just as thrilling. Just without the hangover. Beer Pong Challenge for iPhone and iPod touch is a free download, beer not included.

Seems like you would want to weed out these new apps that cause phones to crash or at least notify your readers of such
If your iPhone crashes it is not always because of a specific application, as I have had this application since it was released and have had no problems. The likelihood is that you are running too many pages and are not resetting your phone enough. Try clearing out unused applications and use Wi-Fi for an internet connection more often than 3G.
