Lower Chinese Court Rules In Favor of Proview Tech.

Proview Technology, despite giving Apple the rights to the iPad name in various countries, has won an ban on iPad sales. The ruling has effected some stores but there isn’t a national level ban movement for the ban yet. Proview demands $10M from Apple. It just seems like they want to make quick cash off Apple’s success.
